tbh I already moved over to using AutoTsar/KI5/KentuckyCarOverhaul... but I'll totally keep this mod in mind if this patch keeps getting 'updated' with fixes as Filibuster Rhymes' 2 gets updates and I ever feel like checking it out again.

Oh, I see the original version of the mod had a "Real Names" patch. I'll copy the changes from that

Reverted the mod. Gonna go back to sleep and publish the separate mod later today.

Are there any cars that should be renamed to be more realistic (i.e. renamed to their real life counterparts)? Figured I could just make the patch focused on realism instead of just "le epic flag restoral mod"

Second JoomerZ's request. I didn't even know the mod got censored since the Lee is pretty rare. Last time I found one was in real life like a year and a half ago or something.

I don't tend to read comment sections of mods unless it's to see obvious errors or gamebreaking things before I try the mod, so i wasn't even aware that he put "current year" stuff and censored the Lee. Would be interested in having current year removed from a game based in the 90s and restore the Lee to what it would look like in a game based on the 90s.

Can you modify the cars' texture to remove all current day's politics reference and restore General Lee's flag as well? And before some people flame me in the comment, no I do not have anything against trans people or members of the LGBTQ+ in general. I just want my game to be as realistic and time-accurate as possible

@Burleon @Lokiamis @Anach your attitudes are what will cause modders too stop working on the game. instead of respecting the work they do, the amazing things they do for the community, you focus on the single negative thing they do and act like its the end of the world.

Filibuster Rhymes car mod is one of the most downloaded and used mods in project zomboid. If he were to stop working because of abuse from people like you, it would be a massive loss, so perhaps think before you speak.

Thanks! This saves having to remove his changes each time. I really hate it when people add unwanted, and unnecessary changes to the UI. It's extremely narcissistic, especially when the requests to not do it are ignored.
