I checked, I didn't notice any problems, you have a conflicting addon, most likely hl2 animations fix or something similar

This won't work. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it to no avail. Even if it works, it only replaces Alyx's clothes and just attempting to spawn Eli in will crash my game. Is there any way you can fix this?

Eli's clothes are the incorrect model. It's the EP2 variant of Eli's sweater, used at the end of Half-Life Alyx, which Valve put in the game after realizing they used the HL2 variant on release.

I almost didn't notice any huge differences until I took a closer look at Eli's jacket pockets. Goes to show how well they did these in HLA. Fantastic port!

that's just an idea, I won't do it, it would be funny if their bodies were from the HL1 era and their heads were high quality, with the same bodies nothing would change visually

Alright, i get why you wouldn't want to have the HLA Alyx face (that thing is in my nightmares), but why not replace Eli's face, there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with in HLA?
