Its just the knife and the pumkin. When you equip the knife the Pumkin head goes on your head wich is cool!

@Splinks An ENB is basically a graphical enhancement. It changes color correction to fit different feelings. It might also add dynamic shadows,Depth Of Field (DOF) etc.
