Thank you, i don't know why the original does not show up in the mod manager but this mirror does.

I never test this mirror since I just copy over the other version whenever I update it. I just checked though and I definitely have unit names on my units (admittedly I only do the localization files in English).

@Neurotoxin yeah that is probably what happened as that happened to mine as well. The original mod must have been uploaded using a third party mod manager like PropJoe's. That makes the mod unable to be seen by CA official launcher and thus you are only able to work with the mod using PropJoe's.
