If y'all want to make this model lip-sync:
First, spawn that model.
Then spawn the other model.
Then, take the base game Ellis' phonemes from the Element Viewer in "presetGroups", and paste them into the Enhanced Ellis' "presetGroups".

Yes I did that as you said but what happens is that when I look inside the files and sfm what I get is just an image of a dog and a cat and that's it.

It is possible that your file has been corrupted due to connectivity issues, which would explain why neither 7z nor WinRAR can open it. The most practical solution would be to redownload the file and try extracting it again
