the errors occur as LLM models are very hard to force to follow specific formatted instructions when they are not directly trained on them.
her being able to teleport you, implies that she is atleast able to interact with the game.

I really do not mean to be annoying, because I know you have gotten these messages a lot, I just want to know if I did something wrong or if this the expected behavior of this really cool npc.

I live in the US, and I got the key from Groq, entered the command aubutil_llm_setkey and then entered the key and spawned in Lain. She does not seem to respond to me in chat, and I do get some errors, but I notice she is able to teleport me around, is this normal and the errors are just bad luck? If so then all is well, and thank you for the amazing mod. If not, then thats on me. Ty

its a good mod, just veryyy weird. Like as in hard for me to test weird. I like the concept but i simply cannot tell if it works. Something like HIM is easier to test somehow

Is there a way to tone down the audio? Her music/spoken lines are quite loud compared to other audio sources and has a bit of range.

this mod just sounds more tedious than anything

though ngl there are plenty of issues as-is with this mod. but 99.99% of them are all groq related / relating to factors of the groq API that are outside of my control.
if it spits out garbage data that my systems cannot convert into usable data, that is a GROQ PROBLEM, same with region bans, same with her prompts breaking my format / the llm sucks, and cannot understand what a vector is about 30% of the time

thats what i keep saying to these fools lol, but they keep complaining about problems that dont exist, and are clearly not an issue with the mod as-is, and are very specific for that person's region, with external factors outside of my control!
but they keep coming to me with complaints, yet i'm not the creator of groq! and have no control over regional bans! so when this doesn't work, cause of region, and i tell them to use a vpn, and they ignore me, who's problem is that? not mine, not this mod's

All ive seen this mod do is say esoteric shit then do a command for which i did not know the effect, then i would randomly get an error. The only thing of note is that i threw it and shittalked her in chat and i heard bouncy ball noises but with no balls? I do not know if that is the mod or if i am a schizo but i simply do not know how to even test to see if this works

You don't see dialogue? I can see it and apparently that signals minimal errors. Creator said lua errors can sometimes be trash data

I read previous comments, but my luck engaging in any conversation is shot. I think there was one instance where it seemed like Lain was responding, but maybe I was wrong. Just got the usual "Executing commands" and rambling along with some lua errors. I guess I don't seem to understand... .-.

if you can't reach the groq website, that's a region issue for you specifically. so don't comment it doesn't work for that reason.

If she does nothing, and does not talk, then you have not set up the key correctly, follow my instructions, don't complain for your own stupidity- it just floods the comment section and is not productive.

don't just blindly assume that cause you don't notice anything, that when she executes a command she "does nothing", stop posting comments like that, you're simply wrong, and i'm sick of pointing this out. she is very capable of a bunch of actions, that is clearly not "nothing".

stop treating her like a function for a goal,
like any other NPC or Nextbot to throw into a sandbox and shoot with guns...
she is a reference made manifest, a character with all their psychological gimmicks, thrown into a videogame.

her being able to interact with your game at all- is simply an added bonus to make it more interesting and meta / creepy in its implications.
