i think i created a 7146 by 240 map by using flags plus plus plus then going on a early version you will see it as a map

Had fun with this! It's a little slow-paced because of the large number of states and the huge alliances, but that's what I wanted out of a map like this. Having the countries broken down into allied provinces also does a lot to make warfare more dynamic (full-border invasions are now much rarer, instead usually ending up more localized) and the game mechanics almost feel like they were designed for this kind of setup.

could you do one of these but closer in the russia/ukrainian area ?
