This reallly dosent fit the Heavy´s Character nor does it really fit the games artsyle.

Wow, I love it! Especially the fact how drastically it changing Heavy's character - it adding plenty of wisdom and composure in his personality. Just wow.

For a halloween cosmetic for Heavy I suggest doing some Slavic folklore, I'm just not a big fan of wizard stuff and all that junk
