Its not bad. I just don't like it.

-Does this look like a disguise? yes and no, it sort of reminds me of the tfc pyro head
-Does this fit the class it was choosen for? yeah, it's a gaz mask
-Is is a trowback to any internal or external media that involves tf2 like the sfm shorts or the comics? no
-Does it fit the heavily stylized art direction? It's not too bad
-Is it appropriate for the game? Prehaps the full helmet being paintable is too much, only the visor could have maybe been a bit better?

Conclusion: It's okay.
