Yea not the mod's scope. I checked and the color is hardcoded to be yellow

Probably out of the scope of the mod potentially but is it possible to change the color that the ores glow when under spelunker effect? i ask because months ago i was playing terraria undeluxe and noticed that in old terraria the ores used to glow blue instead of yellow and i thought that was really cool.

I'd also like to see a setting to turn off the twinkling effects!
that thing is not needed because of the highlighting.

Switching on and off things in the mod config menus is a bit of a hassle, it would be nice to add a control panel that can be enabled by hotkey. Would also be nice for presets like "show only prehardmode/hardmode ores" etc. other than that, it does what it says

Metal Detector now adheres to the same filter as Spelunker Potion by default. Can be turned off in the config. Available in the v0.2 update.

I see what you have planned and all I have to say is. FINALLY. I HAVE BEEN WANTING THAT AS A THING FOR SO LONG. I was genuinely about to consider asking my coders in my mod team to just make a small mod dedicated to doing exactly that for the metal detector. Because good lord is it annoying to search for ores when I have full health and the thing keeps going "LIFE CRYSTAL NEARBY LIFE FRUIT NEARBY LIFE CR-" constantly
