isnt the cursor in gmod always locked except if u hold c or open the spawn menu?

This has actually been a life saver for me, because I've had a problem for a while where sometimes my cursor would get stuck on screen, and I couldn't lock it back into Gmod without reloading the map. Now I can just toggle this on and off whenever that happens and it fixes the problem instantly.

Is there a way where I can hold down a button to use the unlocked cursor like how the Context menu cursor is like?
