Could you add a Rebel logo bodygroup?

I mean... if you really wanted to you could decompile the model, rename the model and vtfs used in the qc to use your own textures and recompile it, sure.

Is there a way to retrieve the source file of these textures? In a way the community would be able to make their "own" text on the armbands for servers.

They're skins on the armbands.

Hold C (context menu) in-game, right-click the prop with your mouse, and you should see a "skin" or "bodygroup" option, from which you can select a skin.

Tell me why I only have tier one and the combine logo?

This can be attached to playermodels using "PAC3" a character editor, otherwise no, I do not have anyway to attach them readily on demand, and I don't have plans to.

The playermodels are Willard Networks. You should be able to find them by searching "Willard Networks" in the workshop.

@Zekkriel In our server, citizens with a total negative score of -10 penalty points must wear this armband, or they're subject to another reeducation or other penalties, of course no one *has* to wear their armband, but it's just one way of complying.
