Oh...I've actually thought about making one, but I couldn't apply the texture properly because the vanilla “scratches” seem to have a random rotation feature.
The prosthetic eye doesn't rotate, so I made it.
The scratch textures aren't very important to me, so it's probably unlikely I'll make one. Sorry.

There is a mod for textures made by IMOZOU, so I personally recommend that for the scratches.
There is also a mod that hides the “scratches” themselves.
