From what I can gather, the DMCA of the item on the TF2 workshop was from a butthurt individual who worked with Haau in the past and worked on a similar concept. after the individual was outed as a CP enjoyer, Haau cut ties and made their own version of the item. The guy was butthurt and tried to DMCA the item.
