I found what caused the problem I had. Somehow one of my player models I had was completely breaking Fesiug's Enhanced PlayerModel Selector's ability to change skins. Sorry for saying that your mod wasn't working, when it actually was and the problem was on my end.

if your hands aren't showing up on you're player model make sure you don't have the popular "My Hands" mod installed that makes your player model default as hands instead of a separate hand model

But I did! This is the reason I am confused! I am changing handgroups, but hands are staying the same for the viewmodel, but for every other c_hands I've downloaded with handgroups everything works just fine!

try look for "Handsgroup" in playermodels bars

That's why I'm confused, I have the Enhanced PlayerModel Selector Fesiug's Edit installed, but the sleeves just won't change in game. As I said, in the menu of the playermodel selector they are shown to be changed. Do I need the Black Autumn Playermodel Selector too?

I'm not sure why but for some reason I can't change the skin of the sleeves. It is shown that I have changed them in the menu, but in game they are still grey.
