I can't seem to equip the wedding dress for whatever reason, any tips on how? I do have some other mods in use

These Mods haven't had a World Placement for items in game, as far as I can recall. Most of it is "Admin Spawn In." Only the Omikami-Flight didn't require Admin Privs. I'm not sure if this has been fixed yet.

how do i make the base matts for this, cant find any base req stuff on any crafting station?

Very beautiful clothing, it would be great if there were light and shadow effects, because it's strange to see the clothing unchanged at night:steamhappy:
