I noticed that the Dominion shipset seems to be spawning as a ship set in multiple random AI empires. I think it may be related to the file dominion_species_classes.txt no longer has "randomized = no"

Any chance to make this NSC3 compatible?

I am curious, given the inclusion now of shipset descriptions, if you'll add some for the trek shipset stand alones.

They don't work before 4.0 but then again maybe I'll need to check which mod might be not working before I jump the gun

Hmm, do they actually not work in 3.14? It's really just a matter of removing the ship sets block from the graphical culture entry then.

Question... how much coding have the devs changed for the ship sets? & is it possible to easily edit them out before the 4.0 update?

I love your ship sets but sadly I can't play Stellaris with this 4.0 update the devs have made (I play on a downgrade version 3.6.1), my reasoning for asking is I want to continue playing with your ship sets but I might be force to do some coding... and no I don't want to republish your work (that's plagiarism) I just want to play your ship sets again privately and play my sci-fi fantasy intergalactic story again ;w;

the ship set looks like they are now Bio-ships with Biogenesis. would be nice, if this would be fixed. But greatm work so far!

I guess I understand not wanting to rely on someone else's mod if they're a solo dev with a spotty update history, but the NSC mod is worked on by a team that keep it up to date, it adds so much versatility to the game. If you would ever consider an optional patch or something that would be pretty awesome as these ships look absolutely amazing! It's your mod so obviously it's your choice, nice work either way!

Yeah, the shipsets are generally compatible with any Stellaris version. Sometimes I just take a little while to update the version flag, but they should always work.

wow, I made all the Star trek empires I could manually in game as empires to play, updated those as the game updated/I got expansions. I have a Dominion empire made, this is perfect for it. I see your others too?

Shipsets tend to get released when I've got enough in a high-enough quality state to be comfortable doing so. And yes, I know the Yridian set was an exception... :S

I'd quite like to get Tellarites and Andorians to that level next.

Please for the love of god turn the rest of all the starfleet, kelvin timeline, 32c, and confederation ships from New Civilisations into a shipset. Ive been trying so hard for the life of me to do it myself (for personal use, not to be posted) but I cant get it to work and I have no idea how to stuff ship variants into a shipset mod. I love those ships but I hate total conversion mods and dont have any idea of how to take the Total Conversion out of New Civilisations

I'll be honest the Starfleet ships of the 32nd century from Discovery looks futuristic and cool (to some extent) but those floating warp nacelles bugs the hell out of me to no end >:/

The Colossus and the Juggernaut models should REALLY be switched. The Dominion battleship was shown to be a powerful ship killer covered in weapons, as a colossus its utterly helpless. It should be a fleet centerpiece

I really like this mod, although I think that the Habitats and Orbitals in it are very large in comparison to other space structures in the game. Would it be plausible to downscale them a bit, please?

That is fair, but is going to limit things and I think especially when NC has so many ships as possibilities, you'll wind up having some folks every so often going "Hey why can't we have more of the NC ships in these?"

No, I'm determined to keep these shipsets in line with vanilla's approach. For things like new ship classes, that's where STNC itself comes in.

there could be room for additional ships via adding extra ship types for the corvettes, like say a heavy corvette for example. Could always do it the same way those Star Wars Ship-sets do it where there's a decision to unlock additional ship types in each of the categories.

Still wanting a 25th Century shipset at least with an odyssey and/or yorktown class

I do have plans to put in the Tomarus and either Rutela or Elateroi from STNC as different Battleship variants though.

No space for it as a Corvette. I'd swap out the Leomid for it, but it'd need re-sizing a bit, and I have a plan to replace the Leomid with a different Vanguard design anyway...

No, those are flying the correct way. Look where the windows are, and that underneath they have the same purple emissives as other Dominion ships have at their rear.
