我复现不出这个bug,你可以尝试回忆下当时游戏发生过什么事件节点,可能会导致兼并面板相关的数据出现问题,或者给我提供存档或lua.log
兼并后的城市不计入国际宇航局、伯利克里等这些根据每个下辖城邦增加产出的效果。
I blocked former version 'cause it's not that... balanced. Anyway it is public now since all you requested that.
城邦影响力加成不会消失,但是因为已经不是城邦了,所以不再纳入国际宇航局这种政策卡的计数
Actually it is a scroll panel. I hide the scroll bar, But you can wheel down to preview all citystates.

游戏速度系数采用的是游戏预设值,需求过高一般归因于该城邦宗主国竞争太激烈或者城邦兵太多了
自己的城拆不掉啊。
Influenced by cost of levying that City-State, Population of that city, distance between that city and your Capital, game speed, number of districts of that city, total Envoys received and number of Envoys beyond threshold.
Surely they can work together. I've made them compatible.

Perhaps some mods changed his ability too and have a higher load order, so overwrote my codes.
