Seems kinda akward and noisy, the rest of the set looks just fine

not sure if this was the original plan anyway since it looks like youve modelled over the relevant bits of his default outfit anyway from the different spec

i get youve already done the promos and such but the sides of the vest is kinda awkward as is (very narrow and the shoulderboards seem to be attached to the shirt?), heres a suggestion:
