Mean at that point wouldn't be a land-ship anymore, but sounds like you'd be doing something similar to the ghost ship mod then? Which does look like a lot.(I wouldn't know for sure though)
Could always do an alternate version/mod for it if you wanted that kind of project. Least that'd be my suggestion if you wanted.
