This sounds like an interesting strategy to try!

Pain-glass makes no sense. Why would you put 3 perk points into a skill to reduce pain by 25% and no bleed damage when you can put 3 perk points into whiz kid and get much more functionality? You can make yourself immune to bleed with the Power Mod under meshed. It's available even if you don't have anything specked into whiz kid. And you can do a quest wherein you get 100% pain immunity, so...if it was fire, there's always 50% reduction in fire with an armor option and fire angel if you're a technician. I love your M1 Garand mod but this makes no sense.
