this mod no longer works would it be possible to update it?

I also tried using this mod, including different interface mods and completely disabling all interface-related mods, but I still couldn't see any buttons.

Also cant see the button, or the new buildings.

the button for your mod is not showing up on provincial UI. I am not runnig UI mods and your mod should be near the very bottom of the list.
