Manipur is intended to not be able to build anything until you manage to remove their estate privilege. The other two have been noted

Three that come to my mind;

Units in Janita appear in Cachar (I'm using Graphical Map Improvement - maybe that's the issue?)
Playing as Manipur you can't respond to Legacy of Brahmin Migrations event (there is no button)
Playing as Manipur you can't build any buildings (even though I have required tech)

I will try to report other bugs as soon as I see them

Can you please elaborate on the bugs you found? We can start fixing things in about a week in accordance with Modathon rules, but for now we are just trying to catalog everything that needs to be fixed.

Sadly the mod is very very buggy :(

Played as it Tripura. Crashes every time in 1471. There is a graphical bug with one of the provinces. If you want to move your units to it they appear to be in the bordering area
