I'm fine for her disappearing for factions that having a vampire hero doesn't fit the lore but I guess I can just park her on some far off corner of the world.

She is made like a legendary hero. They cannot be disbanded by default. Ordinary heroes, unlike generals, disappear when disbanded, and are not added to the recruitment pool

Can you enable the option to disband her?

I'm using the skill mod that allows me to get 3 skill points per level.

When I get all the skills I want or need I put them in the skill dump to get more stats.

This is a completely different mod. I don't see any point in adding such functionality here. In addition, with maximum leveling, you can choose all or almost all skills, why the extra points?

A skill dump would be nice to put the excess skill points.

It doesn't say if she's immortal/legendary hero so not sure if she's dead permanently or revives after death.
