Love the mod! It's a must-have in any game I play. One thing I did notice is that "Herbal Medicine" doesn't seem to be triggering sometimes? I have a city with Herbal Medicine, no industrial zone or dam, but no science on the rainforest tiles. Is there another condition I need to meet to activate it? Happy to send screenshots if it helps!

I have not changed anything about Great Rivers.

I think I found a problem. You can't build an harbor on great rivers

I did both things you said still I don't see any controls for changing river settings.

You need to turn on the Urban Identities game mode and use one of the Great Rivers maps.

i use quite a lot of mods but I did try it only this mod and it's requirements, enhanced camera and cheat menu. It seems when i use this regional identities doesn't show up. And I don't see any settings that real rivers page has. It doesn't show up.

It is working fine from our side.
Please explain clearly, including the problem you encountered and mods you used.
