i like the bowtie added. makes it feel more personal than the all class tophat they added recently.
it's simple but that's it charm. i can see this working better with fancy engineer loadouts.

I thought the same until I saw it with the other cosmetics

it's just plain and boring. Almost all the og top hats had some gimmick implemented. This one doesn't feature anything (not counting the stars)

of all things how is the model the problem lol

The modelling works leaves something to be desired.
