Good News everyone, it seems the dev game patch to fix body locations has indeed also fixed this mod! So in my testing of just a gas mask and corpses. All is working fine again!

Breath happy and easy once more.

@Last Chapter Yes I know, and unfortunately there isn't much I can do about it... :/ If it causes serious problems, I recommend stopping using it indefinitely.

The mod "Better Masks" has a compatibility patch for "Working Masks". The patch mod itself REQUIRES "Working Masks", the original one, to work. Is there any chance to make this mod compatible with "Better Masks" in place of the old "Working Masks"?

@Solar I haven't tried it, but since it only prevents zombie infection, I guess it won't work with other types of diseases. :/

is this compatible with day 1? ur still affected by the gas bombs even while wearing a gas mask

@Viper I'd love to add and accommodate requests, but for now, and for a good while yet, I won't be able to do anything about my mods or anything else. My current living situation (I live in Cuba) doesn't allow it at all, or only partially. When my living situation changes a bit and I have more free time, I'll work on my mods and be able to study the many changes to B42. For now, I'm sorry, there's not much I can do. :/

@CarlosRojasCu any chance you'd be able to integrate Monmouth County ([B41])? It edits the vanilla gas mask, which apparently breaks Working Masks.

@Cosmo As far as I know and have read, it seems that the game in the new B42 version has a new infection system, partially leaving this mod and its related ones in a state of not necessary... I still need to investigate many of the new changes in B42, but I don't have time for that for now. :/

Maybe you should just rename the mod so other people know that it is abandoned for a while, so other people know it doesnt work atm :)

@SCARECROW Apparently they say it doesn't work anymore on my B42 because of the new changes that there are with the infection, and I don't have time to study the game code or its new changes, or even play. I'm living a critical life situation which doesn't allow me to work or earn money to survive. (Cuba) For now I'm away from the game indefinitely until the situation improves, I have an inter and I want to be able to continue with the mods, but life doesn't allow me for now. :/

The filters works in B42, they just have a timespan for how long their good for and I've found that when the filters run out, that's when you get queezy @CarlosRojasCu

@็ I sent it to update hoping it would work, but I've already read that it doesn't, as soon as I can I'll send it to remove the compatibility with the B42. It may take a while before I can play on the B42 or another version... Thanks for letting me know. :)

if you havent played b42 why did you make this mod for b42
the mod doesnt even work i still get queezy/sick from bodies

@Rachel L I read something about adding a system similar to the mod to B42, but I don't know how true this is, I haven't played on B42 yet. :/
