@fisto the robo: I'd say 2 tiers below would be a happy middle-ground. At duchy tier you would get bonuses from counties and baronies, but at kingdom tier you'd lose the barony bonuses. It balances out imo because as you get higher titles your realm generally gets larger, allowing you to gather more of the larger titles.

for some reason this is causing a CTD when used with More Bookmarks+ and Gambos most excellent compatch modlist. Granted, that is a lot of mods so the room for other mods in combination with MB+ causing the CTD when your mod is on could be true also.

@Darkwing Phoenix: would gaining legitimacy from titles held just at your tier and 1 rank below be balanced? so at emperor tier you only gain legit from king and emperor held titles?

I personally think the math is solid, although maybe you could remove the Legitimacy for titles below your current one by a specific amount (Kings don't get the County legitimacy bonus, Emperors get no Duchy bonuses either)

@Jr. Troopa: too big? might be strong for players but honestly the legitimacy factor is pretty irrelevant throughout the game, this is mostly for AI support. They never increase their legitimacy and suffer from realm instability.

I dont even know if i can give decimal leg points. Like i can bring down king and emperor leg gain from 2 down to 1 if you want.
