There's spreadsheet on moddingden discord explaining how to convert CDIR Values from pre 6.0 to most recent version. Also by the way I believe there was modder that updated my old patch for this mod which fixed issues it had, you can look in comments to find link and ask him if he/she can save the day :)

Given the fact that there's not many modders that can fix animations I would suggest waiting for Dilaguna to eventually make official update. It took me 2 months to figure it out just enough to understand basics to patch them :D...but you can try asking Dante, he's made some animations for GLF BattleMage. If any patcher is close enough to understand IT and fix it it's Dante :D

there's also chris0 mercenaries mod that allows crossfaction recruitment and it's pretty solid. even has warband support

There is a mod Arboreonecromancy that does that + new custom lore of magic (!!!) https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2897518424

I also have old submod between GMD path of green (this mods patch) + arboreonecromancy where i give those features to Wood Elves too, need to link this new patch 👌😎
