Might not be fully working as intended, but it's definitely doing something, and it's helping. I do see a bunch of cars clipping into each other on lane change, but that's just a visual problem.

I don't think this is working, it doesn't crash the game but cars still do the slow 90° turn to change lanes. I do have 20-ish other mods so maybe it would work if this is your only mod

fully expecting it to be automatic because of the "This mod is also compatible with TM:PE" statement. since its not automatic, id rather use tmpe because its what im familiar with.

Mixed comments, is this working or not working? I tend to fix this by widening nodes with Node Controller but if this works as a sort of automatic equivalent that would be great.

Hopefully you'll update this mod for the new updates that recently happened. This mod is a game changer IMO, especially when you pair it with TMPE!

it was working great. then disappeared in the Options Menu and stopped working. i have tried
reinstalling several times

@gpschulp Better Lane Change has no "options", but you can see in the content manager that the mod is there.

when I first subscribed to this app, I was great. it worked wonderfully. did exactly as author said. it really helped my large cities. then one day it stopped working. I checked the Options menu in the game, the mod was Not there. i exited the game and checked my Content Manager. It IS There. It Is Enabled. It simply does not show up in the game. I have unsubscribed, re started, shut down the computer. RE subscribed. shut down again. restarted. It shows up in the content manager. in enable it . restart. still will NOT show up in options Menu. is anybody else having this problem? The Mod is great when working.. please help. Thanks

So this is how they act of middle nodes now? I always swapped nodes to bends and made them wider, but this would save a lot of hassle.

Wow isn't it incredible that Paradox jut allowed that dumb 90 degree turn behaviour to persist for a decade yet a modder whose never even made a mod before can fix it? What on earth are they doing over there

Really nice work, especially for your first mod. Works beautifully and in a game with 110+ mods.

Could add video comparing before and after? I don't want to suggest that mod does not work, but without mod installed, cars are merging and changing lanes exactly the same way they do in the video you attached. I believe, the speed and angle of lane change depends highly on node size.
