Yes, you can go into multiplayer, but unless the people you're playing with also have it, you won't be able to match with anyone.

Yes, you can’t play multiplayer with this mod. I thought that was apparent enough with ‘singleplayer only!’

Hey, I didn't make the randomisation/instant action code, I've just activated the ability to use it. You'd best ask an actual OG developer of Flatout 2 about it.

But as far as I can tell it randomises your car, car texture, race map and race starting position.
