It's not a mod-collection. It's a map containing everything as ingame builds. You have to use the copy-tool to add it to your map.

x.y.zzzzzzzz

x = main version (0-beta / 1-"final")
y = update level
z = date as build number

so 1.4.20250505 would be:
final version update level 4 released on yyyymmdd

are the version history numbers just the date of upload?
