i havent tested it but i think it doesnt since it makes a very little change of number in the games code.

I'm not sure if this mod breaks the reverse engineer skill but it did remove the part of the description in the skill about having a chance to learn item mods.

This makes sense to me. To learn to tinker things it seems obvious disassembling would be part of the required knowledge, so you should get it with the skill.

BTW, you've got the number of "s"s backwards, so it's a bit hard to find this mod when searching for "disassemble". :)
