Too many recolors. No need for 4 repeats of the same effect. Other than that, pretty nice looking Halloween effect.

okay hear me out, if it was possible, make the letters spell out the hat name that it's currently on.

the runes work as a good contrast to the Vivid Plasma-edness from the actual effect.

it's a lil' fast for me, but i wouldn't be offended seeing this get in.

7/10, +1 if the main effect is slower & +0.5 if the runes get a lil' bigger.
+1 if the sparkles get replaced, +0.5 if they get removed.
