Thank you for reporting it - especially with picture added - but thats intentional. The Entwash joins the Anduin with a delta thats a marshland called Mouths of Entwash which travellers are advised to avoid. Its also a wateland in a number of other games / mods.

Also technicall its a different wasteland. :)

Thank you! I didnt find it because this is in the old version of the tile - before I decreased the province number. In the new version I unintentionally solved it. I think I didnt update it in the standalone tiles - I will do so now.

Thanks for reporting but I went through all of Albion and I could not find it.
Albion has no straits so that cant be it.
Me making a mistake and using a color twice for supposedly different provinces is probably the most common mistake i make but I checked and I could find none of that either. I even checked in-game and I cant find it - im sorry.

Theres one province in the south of Albion thats connected to the middle of the island. Its minor but it does look weird.

Update: Added a few extra provinces to Ulthuan and Naggaroth. With Naggaroth this creates a northern passage from the East to the West coast. With Ulthuan this added some strategic mountain provinces to the north that makes the region more interesting.

With this Im done with adding or deleting provinces to old tiles. Next up is adding Great Projects.

As stated in the description next up I intend to update some of my older tiles. To tell you more about this:
1. Reducing the number of provinces in some tiles where I feel I went owerboard. Definately include Friesland2 and Albion. Im yet to decide about the Summerset Isles and Numenor.
2. Adding provinces. Most likely Ulthuan (just a few in the northern mountains) and Naggaroth (sing the lake trick)
3. Adding Great Projects to more tiles, Only those I can find good pictures for. Most likely candidates are Westeros, Numenor, Beleriand, Roshar.

So I just released an updated version of Faerun. I unified all of the lakes into one Lake that got me 50 extra provinces to play with. 12 of those went to transforming the massive central Lake, the Sea of Stars into an inland sea. The rest were added as playable provinces.

I think it should really be an inland sea - like the Caspian Sea. One of the main problems is the province number limit - i think I made this about a year ago and I think I hit the upper limit of provinces. Since than however I had an idea that I think I could use here to get enough extra provinces for this. I will check probably at the weekend but I make no promises.

On the Faerun map could you make the sea of stars connect to the open ocean through a river or similar? It feels bad playing in the area with a bunch of important harbors but having no ships due to how inland seas work with eu4.

Thank you! The compatibility issue is not really with my mod, but with Flogi's. I already tried once thinking that the only reason for the compatibility problem were the provinces (both adds extra provinces) - it didnt really work out. But that was pretty long ago and I was very new to modding at the time. I might try to do it again but it wont be anytime soon - Im working on a tile, i want to work on another tile, and im also making progress with my unique colonial nations mod. And sometimes I even simply play the game.

So I just released Tamriel. I also did a lot of testing to try and have better generated map. This also is included in this update. I have to note however that this is far from perfect - but its about as good as I can make it. But bad RNG is absolutely still possible. Im also thinking about releasing Tamriel separately for those who want to make sure it spawns.

I have done a lot of tweaking and testing at the weekend but I cant say i have found the solution yet. There is definately improvement but also drawbacks and im not sure if they dont outweight the benefits. So I will continue to try for now. Meanwhile Tamriel is coming along nicely and i will lkely be able to release it this weekend.

I think you might have a point. I run a 20 generations to test it:
1., 3, 6, 9, 19 only small and mid size tiles
2. Faerun
4. Ulthuan
5. Valisthea
7. Licanius
8. Licanius
10. Licanius
11. Licanius and Valisthea
12: Styria and Genostel
13. Faerun
14. Faeun and Genostel
15. Licanius and Valisthea
16. Licanius
17. Naggaroth
18. Naggaroth and Summerset
20. Valisthea and Licanius

My conclusion: RNG definately played a part I think but I agree that in every single case, even when a big (and I mean by this numner of provnces) spawned there was a massive number of tiny, often repeated small tiles besides one or two medium sized ones as well. And while there was a good number of maps that I would have been happy to play the situation is definately not ideal. My mod theoretically does not modify the generation of the map - it simply includes the files for the tiles and nothing more. I have some ideas and will check if they can improve the situation.

Might be bad luck, but with 15+ generations I always get pretty bad RNWs. Very often a ton of the same small islands and maybe one semi large continent. Once I disable the bundle the main mod is generating great new worlds though

I just released my Lyonesse tile. While its a small tile its still way bigger than it should be in the lore. This did cause me some headaches but I think as it cant appear in the position it should be in the lore anyway i will go with this version.

Hi! I hope you manage to solve it. Im not sure what could be the cause as my mod is technically very simple - it only contains 3 map files and a descriptor file for each tile. And while making those map files is anything but simple If there was any problem with them the tile in question would simply not appear - I encountered this a lot while making and testing my tiles. A bad descriptor file actually can cause a CTD but I have tested each of my tiles - I culdnt have a picture if they werent working. As my mod doesnt contain any other files i dont think the problem is with this.

Hi! I never used the whole world generation mod so I cant really comment on that one. The base mod with Flogi's Random New World Adjustment is working fine for me. Is there any problem with that as well? If the problem is just with the whole world generation I suggest you ask for help there.

Heya, I've been unable to generate a random world with RNW, RNW whole world generation addon, and this fantasy tile bundle! Keeps crashing at "creating province map". Is it just incompatibility with the whole world generation addon?

Just released a Vvardenfell tile - I thougt it wouldn't be much work as its not a big tile. The thing I forgot was that there are way too many island... and straits - straits everywhere

So I took a small break - that included actually playing the game. As a result Im not happy with my latest Genostel & Umryg tile. The provinces are too small. As a solution I decided that rather than reworking all of the province map and massively decreasing province numbers I will increase the size of the tile (from 5x5 to 6x6). If Im still not happy with it after that I will start a province rework.

I also decided to try to move forward with the request regarding Atlantis. However I didnt get very far - Im not sure how to contact the author of the original mod to ask for permission: his profile on steam is private, comments below his mod are turned off and the discord link also doesnt work.

It would be very easy to transform Atlantis from that mod to an RNW tile - of course only if I get permission to use it. I also would have some reservations about releasing it here - among the tiles made / adapted by me. I will think about it.

Greetings! Very nice mod, Ulthuan looks gorgeous! Is there any chance to add Atlantis? Long ago there was a mod that adds Atlantis to the map, just not as RNW provinces, you can see it here: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2823282653&searchtext=atlantis
I don't know if its possible to use any files from here (if the creator allows) , if not, then something like this would be great to see and if RNW-it could be bigger than this one

The gold is also distributed depending on where the RNW tile is spawned with a tendency to have more gold in south america/mexico like regions.

Thanks for the feedback! I think the gold sitation might be caused at least partly by me making mountains into wastelands. I will try to make slight changes in this regard in the future that will hopefully help.

I also looked a bit into the Kenshi map. I downloaded some of the maps I found and read up a bit on it. I wont make any promises as I have now every intention of making a number of Malazan maps and thought of returning to Warhammer (Lustria and Naggaroth) after that. But its now on the list.

The tiles have a lot less gold than you would expect for their size. These are massive tiles and theres like 4-10 places with a low chance of gold. Makes things less interesting for colonizers.
