I'm gonna stop flooding the comments (though this is probably postive for the workshop algorithm) but there is indeed a reason that it says in multiple places that it's not patched, though it's pretty fixable and you can do it yourself by just looking at other working patches in the version or use MayRequire="x" to completely circumvent the patches. No clue about the explosions but you can probably fix most of the mod with just that for stat changes.

nevermind it actually works just fine I'm pretty sure. just have to make it load the patches, if you ignore the fact that a description failed to get patched, I think everything else works perfectly, but I wouldn't count on it without testing

Is it just me or is the arquebusier augment insane ? like it shoots 4 times faster while only losing 3 levels of shooting, the debuff should be way higher, something like -10 or even -20 for it to not be an insane buff, kinda feels cheating to use it even though i really like the concept.

Also would you want me to try to code the "(?)big modular stowage: ++bulk, -speed" I can't rlly code but I have a lot of free time and have made a few small modifications in mod xmls and managed to add new items and projectiles, honestly I've started spending more time looking at mods (and linux OS's) and trying to balance the stuff I added than actually playing Rimworld

Is this incompatible with the "DMS - Synthetic", I've tried to update a Lady with the Integrated FCS and it says there's is no body part to place the upgrade.

You have to select an actual pawn, not a mechanoid or similar, and right click on the upgrade item to get the "use X" prompt.

Then you have to select the automatroid you want to apply the upgrade to with left click.

Alternatively, you can select the upgrade item itself and get a "use with" gizmo button.

That gizmo button will then prompt you to select a pawn, and after that, select a automatroid via left click.

Once either of these two actions is finished, the select pawn will move to grab the upgrade item and then move to apply it to the selected automatroid.

But:
Be sure that nothing else picks up/rreserves the upgrade item in the meantime; I.E trashcans picking it up
And some upgrade items go in the same bodypart and thus can not be applied ontop of each other, but you will lose nothing.

When the pawn reaches the upgrade item, you will get a message blur if the part can not be applied to the auomatroid.

I still don't understand how to use it. Is it an order to immediately pick up the item or is there some kind of tool that can be used to upgrade it?

Figured it out. For anyone that might have a similar problem, you have to select a pawn then right click on the upgrade, use upgrade, and then you can select the mechanoid.

Where does this have to be in the load order? I Created the applique armor and couldnt apply it to anything. Then when i went in the info tab The compatibility was empty. But the armor upgrade for the battle friend and hauler did show their compatibility.

@Warspite Enthusiast Huh that might be it, as far as I can see the Biomechanoids have human organs like hearts and lungs which makes sense in lore. It'd make sense why hardened distribution systems don't work on them.

Thanks for the reply and love the mod btw. Light Weight Frame and Applique Armour is so incredibly useful for my workers and soldiers respectively.

Wait nevermind, you were the one that made Lightweight Frame. I know Lightweight Frame and Synthetic Tendons work on the Bio Mechanoids but Hardened Power Distributions don't seem to work. I get an error.

This is a bit of a weird request but could you make this mod compatible with AOBA's Bio Mechanoid Mod? His regular upgrades work on them and it's pretty amusing having heavily armed combat maids zooming across the map.

Please note that old bills made before the Oct. 1st DMS update will be broken, as the update added unfinishedThings for modifications. To fix it, simply delete the old ones and make new ones. Thank you.

I consistently get the "incompatible or corrupted mods error" screen.

from this mod list;
Harmony, Core, Biotech, Vanilla Expanded Framework, The Dead Man's Switch, The Dead Man's Switch - Additional Upgrades

when I remove TDMS-AD, the game launches fine.

I tried running a steam "verify file integrity" on rimworld, then unsubribing and resubsribing to TDMS-AD, no effect.

@ROBLOX_GAMING No, they don't. Vehicles use a completely different system. You can apply them to normal mechanoids (and modded ones) though.
