can you use the hood to make a Recon Rebel with a bit of camo and body armor? I feel like rebels need some more rebels with an outfit that LOOKS like a stakeout/ambush site/watchdog gear set.

i tried to add a specific C_Hands to it and it just didn't work, i'd say its mostly just to be able to set it yourself in case i can't fix it

remember that the only difference between npc models and playermodels are the animations, i suggest replacing the .mdl's in the $includemodel with m_anm.mdl
