@Weaver - Is this mod ever going to be updated , or is it now dead. Its a great MOD and I want to use it, but cant have a last Update of 2014 in my collection.

Any chance this one will get refreshed ? Was my favorite welder mod of all ;)

love this mod just wish they had a updated vertion of it so i can stop seeing pink or purple peaces when i weld them onto my work ship great work btw

@Pyrrhic, the file CubeBlock.sbc doesn't exist in the mod. I opened the mod file and couldn't find that file inside.

The fix seems to be to add to the end of the Ship Welders code block of the CubeBlock.sbc file after the DamagedSound>ParticleElectrical</DamagedSound> line. I have tested it and it works on my end. Credit to "[OOR] Jo'" for figuring this out.

i think, now is something wrong with game, only standard welder (single) working on me, area welder is crashing the game :(

Hey guys, The Witch and apparently SEModder4 released a DX11 version of this mod over here: http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=566710417 ... I'm actually using their version myself until I determine if I can actually make something that i'm happy with given the new level of detail in the game >.>

I'd still be interrested in a way to fix these purple textures. I tried extracting the files and placing the mod textures in the games texture folder but it didnt work. If anything got this to wok (proper textures/colours) in 2017 please let me know (:

At getgcs33 You do realize that purple models mean a missing/broken texture or model, and that the mod just has to be updated to work with the latest version of the game (Its an old mod). It was never MEANT to look like that.

sooo Purple only huh??? thats right because more girls play this game than guys right... OMG I soo wanted everything purple thank youuu now I can go get my hair did! And btw the conveyor tubes dont sync unless you relog

No updates on this one in a while so...Models are completely black but the welders still appear to work.

Could you please adapt this to work on large ships?
I dont care if you just scale the welder to fit dimensions, i need this for large ships!

Love your Welders, any chance we are getting a DX11 version?

If servers dont use these, I dont play on them usually. Its a pain to blue print almost anythnig from the workshop without these. Survival welding made easy.

my guess is that laser welder is not taking items from behind, but from sides only

recently something happened, and laser welder is not taking items from conveyor system anymore :/ all i did before, was that i switched the wanilla welder in basic in game blueprint for all 3 sizes of laser welders, it was working fine before.. but not anymore

PLEASE update this for Stations and Large ships!

These would be SO perfect for a mass production factory!

Looks like a resounding Response for DX11 update. I'm adding my agreement to this idea. Would love to use this on my Construction Ship but i dont play DX9 anymore. Updating this would be awesome. Or you could give permission to someone else to update. some Guys have been Revamping Azimuth stuff for DX11.

Yes! Now that I have my computer back I need to get get my build environment and blender set back up and then look up how to do DX11 textures but I actually have time to do so now! :3

Any chance this will get a dx11 update, its my personal favorite and probably the best set of welders on the workshop.

Hey, sorry guys, I've been without a computer for 2+ months so haven't really been playing attention to steam at all sorry; also, I'm ok with this. I will probably still work on mine when I have time but I'll end up with a much more fantastic look anyway.

We are currently looking into making matching "Laser Grinders" and update the welders for DX11, with proper credit and backlink, of course.
