Not everything needs to be team-colored. Take the Fire Axe. The only part that's red is the head, which matches fire axes in real life. In the case of the PDA, the switch and the button are both red because they're minor details and red makes more sense. Power switches are red, and red is also associated with "the big red button that blows things up" so it doesn't make sense for either to be blue.

The construction pda should be blue, but the destruction pda should stay red.

I believe something like this is *too small* to be worth fixing in valve's eyes. There's already a few gamebanana mods that fix this up along with multiple other weapons if you REALLY want this to be a thing, they should work fine in Casual too
