Never mind, I found him. But I still have a couple suggestions. First, I think you should say that it's in dupes. That would help other people. Second, I feel like you should add voice lines to him. This would make 5x better then he is already. Thanks!

How do you spawn Uncle Samsonite? I've downloaded all mods and can't find where to spawn him.
