The Smuggler's Market building is also unaffected by the 3x food.

This does not work with Port buildings. They are still producing the same small amount of food.

Or at least something with a much higher boost. I love playing as Troy, but food starts going in the red pretty fast. I can't even seem to get outside of Troy's starting region before it happens.
