I probably won't mention it after the first session; just a line about it in my introduction and a 'Hey! I'm starting a playthrough using Lily's mod! This is the theme. I'm really happy to hear that. I'm thinking this is mostly going to be a very informal, hangout-style stream that I just do when I feel like it rather than try to structure or schedule it (I'm just doing this for fun, I'm not trying to make a job out of it 😅), but I'll aim to do the first session this Friday, starting around 1pm GMT.

Hi. I've recently got into streaming and want to do a chill stream of Total Warhammer - because this is my game of choice for playing to relax - and thought it'd be fun to stream a playthrough using this mod and framing it as 'Rapanse leading a peasant revolution and becoming peasant queen of Bretonnia'. Are you happy for me to do this and shout out the mod or would you rather I didn't? I'm happy to answer any questions and make accomodations; your mod is great and I'd really like to play it and share it with anyone who tunes in (my usual viewer count is 0, but you never know XD), but I wanted to ask first. This is by design, Repanse with this mod is a peasant focused sub faction and will prioritise those units. For her, they are cheaper and stronger than they are for the other factions.

I confederated Repanse on turn 80 and she had zero units with cap on them while having 5 or 6 army. Only farmer units without limits (yeomens and basic man at arms). Even though she had tier 4/5 settlements with high level stables.

Lily's Bretonnia and Cathay overhaul are a must have for my campaigns.
Recently I was playing as Mousillon from Mixu and that faction fields a mix of Bretonnian and VC units. However, the only Men-at-Arms you can have are swordsmen(shield) and polearms. Aswell as peasant bowmen with normal, pox and balefire arrows.
I was wondering if there could be a bit of a collaboration where Mousillon could also get the option to recruit some of the MaA added by Lily's overhaul? MaA with Axes, MaA with spears(shield), and maybe MaA with Longbows(Balefire and Pox arrows variants) would be great to have when playing Mixu's Mousillon.

You are most certainly welcome, it was a little tedious (I had over a thousand minor errors to fix!) but it was well worth it. I can have a little bit of peace of mind... until the next major update.

I have an issue with the limit mechanic when I played a MP game with some friends they weren't able to recruit my Knights at all because they didn't have any capacity for my Knights which was funny to tell them "well sorry you're land isn't chivalrous enough" but from a game play it was annoying that they couldn't recruit them.

It seems there might be an issue? There appears to be a conflict between the Knight Limit mechanic and the Warband Upgrade Ultimate mod. In the game, when Chivalric Knights are upgraded to Royal Knights, the number of Chivalric Knights did not decrease, while the slots for Royal Knights increased. This resulted in Royal Knights occupying slots for both unit types simultaneously.

Interestingly, I also have another unit upgrade mod installed called Upgrade Units for AI and Player. When I used this mod to upgrade those double-slot occupying Royal Knights into Exploratory Knights, the slots for Exploratory Knights increased, while the counts for both Royal Knights and Chivalric Knights correctly decreased. Of course, the conflict could also potentially be caused by either the Immersive Bretonnia Upgrade or The Dukes of Bretonnia [BETA] mods. I haven't actually tested this thoroughly though – just pointing out this potential issue.

It looks like the rank bonus for the added regiments of renown don't deploy properly. The stat display doesn't show any benefit from them being max rank as normal.

I've been having issues with this mod so far, after every manual battle the game will go to the main menu and ill get dy_faction on my save file and cant reload it. also i noticed that the red skill tree dosent even give the units the actual buffs in battle and out of the battle. but love the mod makes playing bretonia actually enjoyable.

A faction which doesn't have the pity (i.e. Alphonse from LCCP) has blessing upgrade also in Campaign. In this case, there is no limit for blessings. lol

Quick question I am going through with this for my alberic campaign and I find myself wondering where are the mounted squires? As in where can I get them what faction has them? Or what building makes them?

Thank you so much, I'm glad you enjoy my work! For the Sergeant-at-Arms I wanted a Hero that was more for the roleplaying of a peasant-focused player, he isn't meant to be super strong. However, I agree that his passives could be a little better to make his intended role of a supporting character shine through!

As for the Men-at-Arms Axes versus the Hammers, the main difference is just that the Axes are considerably cheaper and available at tier 1. Cheapness is not a massively desired quality in campaign for most players, but for some it certainly is.

Love the mod! especially how reserved you were in the new units and didnt just...rush to fill gaps or make them super overpowered. But! I had some slight feedback?

Im struggling to find a good use for the Sergeant at arms? I feel like he's pretty overshadowed by the Paladin. I first thought he was more of a support character, butn his aura doesnt improve much. Could they maybe get an upgrade to give them some kind of mutually exclusive upgraded aura that focuses either on your ranged men at arms or melee men at arms? Or maybe some kind of new guardian like aura for knight units near him? And also, maybe some kind of active ability instead of deadly onslaught? Something similar to the Cathay Lord Magistrate order abilities, but only for men at arms?

Also, with the Men at arms Axes vs the Men at Harms hammer, it feels like the hammers are a straight upgrade, or am i missing something with the axes?

Either way, love the mod! Feels very natural to the game.

Hi, would it be possible to look at the paladin skill tree again? I just started a new run and I noticed that the paladins have basically no options except the same yellow line as basically every other melee hero.

They just feel very underwhelming

hi, the warden-at-arms lord doesn't reduce the upkeep of knights while having the "highly respected" skill. Haven't got the higher skills yet for grail knights, but all the other "core" knights still have increased upkeep. I even tried resetting his skill points and manually adding it back in to no success.
