Well, if you look at my comment below, it didn't work for that guy. Probably had to guess, the mod has a script that interfere with an icon. Or you have custom script mod installed and interfere again with icon mod (usually this happened for custom script made before last stand update).

To fix it, well, my comment said that I didn't typo naming a file, and whenever I made icons, never tested it because usually there's a lot of them. So, you have to fix it yourself, by removing scripts folder, if it had one, if not, then idk.
