Hi! I'm trying to make a mod that makes Hammurabi Laws time cost even lower than this one but i can't manage to find the code that defines the time cost on rpfm. Can you tell me where to look?

Thank you for your reply. Aside from my requests, I really appreciate your mods.
Also, please, can you make mods for COOP (since theres no campaign parameters in coop) with:
1. Lock function at the beginning of the game DISABLED ( so i can pick legacy at first turn)
2. Unlocked all legacies ( so for example i can pick perseus legacy as egypt faction)
3. Unlocked all crown/king powers/mechanics
4. Fully equipped generals
( All this stuff are in campaign parameters/settings but i like said before, theres no parameters in coop... )
I know im propably asking for too much, but I really dont know how to go about it, so i beg you or anyone who can make it, please.
