have you given any thoughts towards manage containers compatibility?
if you could make it so that all the assigned items(using manage containers mod) go to their designated containers then the rest using smarted storage and so on it would be fabulous

It somewhat works in singleplayer, but there seems to be no no rhyme or reason for how it sorts. It just dumps everything into one container, despite having "Smarter Storage" installed and containers set to different categories.

I've tested it in multiplayer (with about 250 other mods) and it doesn't work. It just does random stuff like emptying all of your inventory in random container and freezes a lot. It could likely be a conflict with one of my many mods. I'd have to test my current setup in single player to confirm

This mod is great, is there any way we could get an option to exclude items that are already in our inventory from being transported?

I'm back with news regarding . I am in contact with @broadbent the creator of Smarter Storage , I am waiting for the next update to make Clean Your Mess compatible since it will make the task easier for me and allow greater flexibility in storage because currently I can only make the mod compatible with Smarter Storage presets and not custom containers.

Interesting mod and one I'll definitely try. Tidying stuff is tedious but if you don't do it you can't find anything later.
