Hi! First of all, I want to say a huge thank you for this mod; it's truly breathed new life into my game. But I'd like to ask: is it possible to make a version of the mod where this decree would be unlocked through research (tier 5 technology) or as an Ascension bonus?

Ah, didn't see that in edicts. That did it, it now dropped from 125 size to 50....thanks.

@Old Ben You need to enable the unlimited empire size option in Edict

Does this require a new game? Added it to a game I recently started and it appears to have no effect as my current empire size did not change.
