if you pull a gun out, shoot one, then reholster, do they remember that you just shot them? or do they forget and ignore the fact you just shot them lmao

I really like that idea, but I'm currently not scripting gmod addons anymore. I could return at any moment, but I have some other projects I want to complete first.

you acctualy should make it when you take your gun out they point at you and if you don't put your gun away after a certain amount of time they will start shooting at you

oh i just saw the comment about ignore npcs

add an ignore weapon, npc ignore conceal carry options,
ignore weapon: NPC's ignore the chosen weapon (like u can set it to weapon_fists or hands)
ignore npcs:makes so the selected npc does not care about cvoneal carry mod and attacks u

To all of you who wanted zombies to attack you regardless of having a weapon out, I have just released that update!

Is it possible to make zombies still attack you. This causes them to ignore you too.

I'm currently working on a way to add certain NPCs to a blacklist, because I think adding just zombies to the blacklist would make it incompatible with zombies from other addons. For now, I will add a temporary table to the code that anyone can add NPCs to, though zombies will be there by default.

i like your concept but there are many bugs you need to iron out

I have an idea, you should add a "chances" system where the npcs will forgive that you shot them and wont go hostile directly until you damage them too many times

Hey, thank you so much for the feedback, it really means a lot! This was actually something I was going to originally do, although I got too focused on making the option for them to shoot back only when shot that I forgot about it. I will definitely work on it!

make it so they remember if you had a gun or not, because i can pull out a pistol and shoot a combine soldier eight times then put it away and they are just like "huh cool, have a nice day"
