If you are wanting this to be compatible with CE, use Nuffs Autopatcher. It's not perfect but it works.

Zero pen. Those guns aim really fast with little delay between bursts, so with even with a little pen they’d put down anything too quickly

What exactly do you mean by "nil " penetration? Like literally zero armor pen, or like revolver-shotgun-shortbow tier at like 15%
