I went to the loft and didn't find anything related to this, did I put the mods in incorrectly or..?

The loft is unlocked after completing the contract 'Fickle Friends', Bossman tells you about it when you return. You can access it from the helipad or through the gymnasium (the sleepwalker bed room). Then use the mirror in the bathroom next to the trophies and you'll see your options.

what do you mean to the loft? how do i use these skins?
