Ok garmin

for some reason, this mod only works if I suscribe to it while the game's already running. If I suscribed before launching the game, it just won't load, but if I hit suscribe with the game open, then it works, is this just me, or has anyone else run into this?

Its not working as intended for me, its still increasing the specials

This mod is awesome and I'd rather include a doubled version of this mod for my collection instead of instructing people to edit the VPK file.
